Daily inspection of the electric stacker

 The main structure of the electric stacker includes: batteries, motors, hydraulic pumps, cylinders, piston rods, forks, chains, controllers, etc. Its main function is to increase the weight to the desired height. Generally used in warehouses, workshops and other places that require logistics handling, with the use of pallets, can greatly improve the efficiency of storage. The electric stacker is a type of storage equipment that uses battery power as an energy source and a motor as a power source. However, in daily use, in order to ensure its normal operation, it is necessary to pay attention to the daily inspection of the electric stacker. The following describes the maintenance work for the electric forklift truck forks:

1. Check whether there are any cracks or breaks won the fork at the upper and lower fork joints. If there are defects, repair the joints in time.

2. The standard opening size of the electric stacker's  upper and lower forks is 27mm and the usage limit is 29mm. When this limit is exceeded, it should be repaired in time.

3. Inspect the fork arm and fork face corner's force parts. When there is a crack, it should be promptly dealt with.

4. Put on the shelves and forks. The thickness and fork length of the selected fork should be approximately equal.

5. When the shelves and forks are loaded on the carriage, the upper plane of the two forks should be kept in the same line. There should be no phenomenon of height and dislocation.

6. If the following phenomenons are appeared, they should be replaced or maintenanced. The level difference of the two-pronged forks of the electric stacker forks exceeds 5mm, length difference exceeds 10mm, fork length direction wear is less than the standard size 40mm, the fork tip is grinded into the front end, the fork is bent or the angle between the fork face and the fork arm is greater than 90°.

7. Cracks or breakd can't occur in the welding area. The beam deformation should not exceed 2mm. If the protection frame is deformed and breaked, it should be timely reshaped and rewelded.
